Nick Davis is a Partner and Co-Founder of Otis Capital Management. He is also the Founder and CEO of GridMarket, an energy and AI company that helps clients achieve energy and sustainability goals, and manages a $6 billion pipeline with more than 5 GW of clean energy capacity. Formerly head of a think tank and an adviser to Pacific Gas & Electric, Con Edison, the State of New York and the Government of Japan, Nick has delivered projects for Fortune 500 companies including Bridgestone, Denso and Toyota, as well as sovereign nations such as Tonga, Sint Maarten and the U.S. Federal Government.
John Eckert is Managing Partner and a Co-Founder of Otis Capital Management. He is a seasoned investor with nearly two decades of investment and asset management experience across the capital structure. Prior to co-founding Otis Capital Management, John was a Managing Director and lead portfolio manager of convertible bond and credit strategies in AQR's arbitrage group. Earlier in his career he served in Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group where he invested in distressed credit and event-driven opportunities. John has built a track record of delivering consistent returns across multiple market cycles.
